I'm a freelance artist and I've been in love with painting traditionally all my life. In my works I use various different mediums - from pencils to watercolors.
You may know me from my YouTube channel where I share videos of my sketchbooks, materials that I use, and do live streams. I love to discuss art and share my knowledge about it!
I used to study graphic design only to realise it was never my true passion. It was illustration what has always fascinated me! I’ve created this course so maybe you could find your passion for art too.

Course Content
The course has 6 modules for 6+ hours of learning and practicing. It also includes full-length artwork tutorials! You can pause and replay the videos as much as you want. The course is suitable for everyone, teens, adults and children because there is no explicit content. It would be best to take the course in order, because it will start from the basics to lessons at a more advanced level.

MODULE 1&2
Getting Started & Technique Practice
Introduce yourself to painting by gathering the necessary tools and setting up your workspace. Learn about gouache and acrylic gouache, explore primary colors, and practice color mixing. Move on to mastering gouache techniques like consistency, dry brushing, glazing, and layering through hands-on exercises and illustration studies.
MODULE 3&4
Colour & Value Grouping & References
Dive deep into color theory, including creating color palettes, understanding values, and the rule of thirds. Learn to group values and analyze palettes effectively. Then, explore how to find and use references from reality, imagination, and other sources to inspire your illustrations. Practice sketching backgrounds and figures based on these references.
MODULE 5&6
Searching for Ideas, Composition & Paint With Me
Unlock your creativity with sketching exercises to generate ideas and refine compositions. Learn essential composition rules, including formats, rhythm, and contrast nuances. Finally, join the creator for an immersive "paint with me" session, following the process from concept to a completed piece.

We will look together at the materials, basic techniques, and knowledge needed to begin this journey. Approaching a new technique means first learning how best to use the tools at your disposal.
Practical exercises
